Block the installation of know Spyware Activex controls and in most cases prevent those already installed from functioning. These include add on Toolbars, Adware (Software that puts annoying advertisements on your pc and collects your internet usage information), Dialers, so-called browser helpers, browser hijackers, long list of know tracking cookies and key loggers.
